The device is equipped with additional frames 9 and additional couplers 10. The rods of the frames 9 and couplers 10 are placed in additional holes 11 with the possibility of a stepwise arrangement along the length of the apparatus. On frames 1 and 9, spokes 8 and 13 with spoke holders 7 n 12 are installed, made in the form of twin nuts, and on the needles are removable stops. The aim of the invention is to prevent the possibility of displacement of bone fragments by increasing the rigidity of the apparatus along the length of the limb. In FIG. 1 shows a compression-distraction apparatus superimposed on parts of the lower leg, general view; in FIG. 2 is a view A in FIG. 1; in FIG. 3 is a view B in FIG. 2; in FIG. 4 is a section BB of FIG. 2. The apparatus contains frames 1 with ties 2. Frames 1 are made in the form of threaded rods 3, interconnected using nuts 4 and rod holders 5, having mutually perpendicular holes 6 for threaded rods 3 and couplers 2. On the frames 1 there are spoke holders 7 with spins 8. The device is equipped with additional frames 9 and ties Ϊ0. In the rod holders 5, additional openings 11 are made parallel to the main holes 6 for threaded rods 3 and couplers 2 and K) s. the possibility of their stepwise arrangement along the length of the apparatus and resizing of additional frames 9, on which additional back holders 12 are installed with additional spins 13. Its layout depends on the nature and level of the fracture. A preliminary adjustment is made to the segment of the damaged limb so that the external supports are located 1-1.3 cm from the soft tissues. During assembly of the apparatus, the back loop is left open so that, after holding the spokes, the apparatus can be mounted on a limb. The damaged segment is given the correct axis. Under local or conduction anesthesia, four spokes 8 and 13 are carried out in the frontal plane, two through each of the fragments at a distance of 2 -2.5 cm from the joint and the fracture site. Two counter removable stops 17 are installed on each of the spokes 8 and 13, which move and fix close to the bone with an arcuate bend of 18 spokes 8 and 13. The pre-prepared apparatus is mounted on the damaged segment, symmetrically positioning frames 1 and 9 to the longitudinal axis of the limb. Knitting needles 8 and 13 are fixed by means of spoke holders 7 and 12 to the outer sides of frames 1 and 9 of the apparatus. Lightly tension the spokes 8 and 13 by expanding the frames m 1 and 9 of the apparatus by relaxing the outer and tightening the inner nuts 4 on the threaded rods of the frames 1 and 9 of the apparatus. The operation lasts 25-30 minutes, the residual displacement of bone fragments is eliminated as follows. First, the displacement of fragments along the length is eliminated in the apparatus. In this case, a metered distraction is obtained by simultaneously relaxing all the upper nuts 4 of the middle additional ties 10 and simultaneously tightening the lower nuts 4 of the same ties 10. This causes an increase in the distance between adjacent frames 1 and 9 in the fracture area. The opposite effect is achieved by compression of the bone fragments. The displacement of bone fragments along the width in the Sagittal plane is eliminated by moving the lateral threaded rods 3 along the holes of the rod holders 5. Together with the rod 3, the spoke 8 with the bone fragment moves. The onward movement of the spokes 8 and 13 of the adjacent pair of frames 1 and 9 facilitates and accelerates the reposition process. The bone fragments are directed in the frontal plane by loosening the end of the spoke 13, towards which the fragment is supposed to be displaced, by loosening the internal and tightening the outer nuts 4 on the same side and the elasticity of the ties 10. As a result, the threaded rod 3 is offset, on which the spoke is fixed 13. Then relax the spoke 13 on the opposite side. By successively unscrewing the outer and tightening the inner nuts 4 in the region of the displaced outer frame 1, the arcuate deformation of the screeds 10 is removed and the previously displaced outer frame 9 is moved to its original position together with the bone fragment. If it is impossible to simultaneously achieve the reduction of fragments, these operations are performed in stages until the displacement of bone fragments is completely eliminated.
